All specialist equipment provided and you will have two fully qualified and friendly instructors for your group
What to expect
Your group will be guided to the activity area where you’ll receive a full safety briefing: head-to-toe check (hair tied back, no loose clothing, appropriate shoes). Then you’ll be kitted out with helmet and harness and led to the abseil wall.
At the wall, you’ll get a detailed instructor briefing on how it all works and what you need to do. Descents happen two people at a time, and you’ll get multiple goes — this is a fast-paced, high-energy session where you’re in control of your own descent: how fast or slow you go, and how much movement you make, is down to you.
Especially ideal for anyone with a fear of heights: you use stairs to reach the top rather than having to climb, and from day one you have one-to-one instructor support which builds trust. Most participants succeed — and many can’t wait to go again.
